About This Role
Netflix is looking for an experienced Coordinator for our Licensing Team. The Coordinator will be a key member of the team licensing all formats for the global Netflix service. They will report to the Manager, Licensing, tracking and evaluating opportunities, providing critical support during deal negotiation, and operationalizing and managing executed deals.
This role requires keen attention to detail, strong contractual understanding, and significant initiative. The ideal candidate will have an interest and experience in contract administration and project management, as well as the willingness to evolve with the needs of the team.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000 - $235,000.
