We are currently looking for energetic, highly motivated students currently enrolled in a real estate program to spend 8 weeks with us experiencing all that CoStar has to offer. The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to work in Portfolio Research, Tenant Research, Field Research, and participate in custom sessions covering other business functions like software development, recruiting, and human resources. Typical projects will include: Resolving errors, Quality control, Identifying true owners of commercial property, Identifying new construction, Updating tenant information, Researching sale comps, Calling on proposed buildings for updates, Calling commercial real estate brokers, among others. At the end of the internship, a presentation will be required.
