Creative & Product Development Operations Coordinator - Consumer Products

Our growing global Consumer Products team brings our members' favorite stories to life through products and experiences. The team is responsible for overseeing the business and creative execution across merchandise creation, product development, licensee relationships, publishing, marketing, as well as a global division focused on live experiences.
That's where you come in. We're seeking a highly motivated Creative Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day creative production and operational workflows for the Product Development & Creative team in LA. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of creative deliverables, with a primary focus on Global Style Guide production (60-70%) and UCAN product development initiatives (30-40%). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys managing multiple workflows and maintaining strong communication across teams. You'll collaborate closely with global and regional leads, as well as cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of creative operations, product development, and licensing.

What We Need From You:
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000- $150,000.
