The Ads Core Metrics and Tooling team is an analytics and product engineering team dedicated to building products that make ad metrics as accessible as possible. Our North Star is to enable frictionless access to ad metrics, allowing anyone in the Ads organization to find, trust, and use governed metrics without waiting on another team. Our work is critical to unlocking self-serve analytics and shifting the organization from hindsight to foresight. As our team is set to double in size, we are looking for a curious and collaborative engineer to grow with us and help shape our future. We are seeking a highly empathetic and curious self-starter who is eager to deliver and develop their skills in front-end engineering, data visualization, and product development.
As a Data Visualization Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our product suite, partnering with senior engineers and product managers to build exceptional data experiences. This is a role for someone eager to learn, collaborate, and make an impact on a rapidly growing business.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $170,000-720,000.
