The Role
Our team of Department Assistants (DAs) are full-time Netflix employees who are qualified to provide coverage support for all Assistants within our Content/Creative departments (including but not limited to the Original Film, Series, Nonfiction, and Animation Teams), enabling business leaders to continue doing their best work. The DA's purpose is to efficiently provide quality administrative support for each respective desk they are assigned to, building the skills needed to serve as an internal pipeline for Content admin roles.
DAs will begin their journey at Netflix by going through our in-house onboarding program. DAs come with exceptional administrative skills. Our training program builds on the DA's expertise with curated classes on Netflix-specific tools and context to help them thrive at Netflix. Qualifications:
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of hourly pay; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in hourly pay versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The hourly range for this role is $28.85 - $45.67.
