    Job Description

    The Taylor Morrison Brand Marketing and Communications team is redefining the way consumers shop for and buy new homes in a more customer-centric, digitally enabled way. We’re steadfast on creating frictionless customer experiences through digital solutions across all our customer interactions.

    As a Digital Product Marketing Associate reporting to the Director, Digital Product you will assist in developing and coordinating Taylor Morrison’s digital marketing strategy and providing tactical product marketing support across various new and existing Digital products.     The ideal candidate will be located near Scottsdale, Arizona and have flexibility to go into the corporate office as needed. However, we are open to out of state remote candidates as well.

    JOB DETAILS

    We trust that as a Digital Product Marketing Associate you will: (responsibilities):

    • Work collaboratively between wide range of internal clients, Engineering, Field Marketing, Design, Sales Operations, QA, and other teams on Taylor Morrison’s digital products

    • Manage website enhancement projects & refreshes

    • Provide support for field marketing users on digital product features

    • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products , become familiar with system reporting to identify areas for improvement

    • Communicate new product features and updates and enable internal teams ensuring they have the information & knowledge needed to utilize product capabilities

    • Collaborate with teams to create new and manage existing marketing collateral as well as messaging that articulate the benefits of the product and/or feature to drive adoption/conversion

    • Create support and training documentation for Digital Product usage across the Company to internal users; communicate new features and updates

    • Closely track consumer, tech & competitive trends to ensure innovation aligns with the future of homebuilding

    • Bring ideas and opportunities to the team that keep the Company ahead of its competition in the digital space

    • You are willing to perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required

    • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in product management or product marketing

    • Minimum of 1-2 year with Google Analytics & Salesforce

    • A passion for and understanding of digital products

    • A comfort with drafting documentation and procedures

    • Website UX and content management experience a plus

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams

    • Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute on work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
