We are looking for an accomplished Director of Studio Operations to lead Netflix Studios Fort Monmouth, our new flagship hub on the East Coast. 10+ years of leadership experience in studio production or a similar environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and contracts.
Strategic and innovative mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in facilities management software and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience with facility expansion and operational capital projects is a plus.
Experience with facility onboarding and development of operational workflow.
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $420,000.00 - $790,000.00.
