projected value of current construction upon completion. Job Description
- Title: Real Estate Design Internship * Job Type: Part-time/Full-time *
Location: New York, Manhattan Midtown * Start Date: Immediate Job
Responsibilities (include but not limited to): * 50% architectural
design: work as in-house architect and do programming research,
including zoning, functioning, phasing, etc.; coordinate with the
architects for concept design and draw renderings; help review SD and DD
architectural plans * 30% interior design: research the scope of the
projects, determine the goals and requirements of clients, sketch
preliminary design and collaborate with design team to specify materials
and other requirements, and help review final plan; * 20% graphic
design: design and format marketing materials including infographics,
brochures, pitch books, flyers, etc.; coordinate materials production
including gathering printing bids, packaging artwork and assembling
final layouts for printers, etc. Position Requirements: * Bachelors or
equivalent degree required in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate
Development or related degree * Proficient in Autodesk 3ds Max, AutoCAD,
SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office *
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategy behind design
concepts * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Detail
oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at given time
and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Experience with
high-end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or real
estate background is a plus * Fluent in Mandarin Chinese If you are
