At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what's next.
The Opportunity
Netflix is redefining how over 270 million members discover and connect with stories they love. At the heart of this transformation is the AI for Member Systems (AIMS) organization, responsible for developing and operating the AI systems powering recommendations, personalization, search, and discovery across the Netflix service at Member scale.
AIMS is a team of world-class AI researchers and engineers, delivering production models-including those powered by Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). As the scope and impact of this work grows, we are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to act as a strategic partner to AIMS leadership. In this role, you will act as the strategic thought partner to AIMS Leadership and drive the organization's administrative initiatives.
A successful candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and a strong communicator, flexible, and able to make judgment calls and move quickly. Prior experience as an Executive Assistant in a fluid, fast-paced environment is a must, as is the ability to solve problems creatively. Netflix moves quickly, so we need someone who can not only excel in their day-to-day core work but also identify opportunities to make the overall team more organized and efficient. Someone who is curious, demonstrates significant initiative, and inherently exercises good judgment will be most successful both in the role and at Netflix.
Location: Bay Area preferred but not required. Must be able to travel to Los Gatos when the leader of AIMS is onsite, or events and team initiatives are scheduled.
