    Job Description

    As the Assistant Property Manager, you will help ensure the community operates efficiently while providing excellent service to residents and prospects.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Assist with daily property operations and administrative functions.
    • Maintain strong relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members
    • Manage accounts receivable and delinquency follow-up
    • Process resident payments and maintain accurate resident ledgers
    • Prepare and make daily bank deposits
    • Coordinate and send delinquency notices, collection letters, and NDF notices
    • Support leasing efforts, including responding to inquiries and assisting prospective residents
    • Maintain accurate lease files and update resident information in the property management system
    • Support property reporting, documentation, and compliance requirements

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Successful candidates will have:

    • 1-3 years of multifamily property management experience preferred
    • Experience with accounts receivable, collections, and resident ledger management
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with property management software and basic computer skills
