Fashion Furniture Rental is looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist who will support our  marketing efforts.

BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns and promotions with the goal of driving incremental revenue to Fashion Furniture and its subsidiaries. Identify opportunities through extensive competitor research and in-depth analysis of digital marketing campaigns. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: •    Manage and execute campaigns across paid search, and display ads for Parker Rose Design with guidance from Senior Digital Marketing Specialist. •    Actively review accounts and campaigns. Identify recommendations, opportunities, analyze keyword data and look at competitor data. •    Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis as needed by Senior Digital Marketing Associate. •    Manage PRD ad spend budget with support from Senior Digital Marketing Specialist •    SEO optimization recommendations for content development for PRD. •    Guide SEO goals for general and keyword specific optimization. •    Improve campaigns through testing and new initiatives. •    Analyze and provide feedback on ROI for various marketing campaigns. •    Maintains excellent working relationships with vendors and stakeholders. •    Research & identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the digital media space to help inform recommendations. •    Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) •    Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information. •    Organization and tracking of marketing inventory. •    Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success. •    Prepare and deliver promotional presentations. •    Assist with composing and posting of online content on the company’s website and social media accounts. •    Assist with writing marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market. •    Assist with creating content and managing eBlast campaigns. •    Organization and distribution of marketing assets. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Other duties may be assigned to support Marketing and Technology efforts.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  •    Extensive experience with various SEO/PPC platforms – Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager. •    Good understanding of office management and marketing principles •    Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines •    Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach •    Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases •    Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (Salesforce, WordPress, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.) •    Exquisite communication and people skills •    High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage •    Up to date on latest marketing technology trends

NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES SUPERVISED: None Hours:  8AM – 5PM Monday – Friday. May be required to work additional hours during nights/weekends. Travel Required: None
