Fashion Furniture Rental is looking for people who have a high level of emotional intelligence, great communications skills, who can easily build rapport with our customers. We strive to create personal connection with each customer and tailor their experience based on that connection. Our new team member is resourceful and has a passion for finding solutions to the challenges that customers present.

BASIC PURPOSE: To provide an unparalleled customer experience to both our external and internal customers.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide each customer with a spectacular customer experience ensuring the highest possible customer satisfaction score
• Coordinate and work with Dispatch and Warehouse teams daily
• Guide customers through virtual tours/consultations
• Handle inbound calls, helping customers directly or directing them to the right resource
• Complete Salesforce entry for all incoming leads, and log all sales related activity into Salesforce
• Generate and facilitate the execution of customer contracts
• Assist customers with any changes to their existing contract
• Work with existing customers to get their questions answered and work with them through the resolution of any issue or problem
• Assist outside sales reps with lead follow up and other projects as assigned
• Knowledge of inventory and problem solving of any inventory challenges
• Provide support to other teams as requested

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• High School Diploma
• Ability to consistently provide spectacular customer service
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office – specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Analytical, detail oriented and proactive
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks in an organized, timely manner
• Solid administrative skills
• Ability to multitask with changing priorities and deadlines

HOURS OF OPERATION: M-F 9-5:30, Every other Saturday 10am-2pm
