Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Finance Associate to join our team at our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

What is the opportunity?

As Finance Associate, you will be interacting with senior Toll Brothers executives and divisions across the U.S. as well as with banks, Wall Street, real estate companies and major investment managers. You will contribute to an industry-leading team that raises billions of dollars of capital annually, helps set corporate strategy and manages the Wall Street and banking relationships of Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 NYSE-Listed company and one of the most respected real estate brands in the world. The position provides an excellent learning experience with exposure to both Corporate and Real Estate Finance across a variety of perspectives from macro-analysis to project-specific transactions.

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Prepare internal analyses and industry comparisons for quarterly investor conference calls, financial marketing to the investment community and for multiple investor events and conferences annually
• Help manage Toll Brothers' Investor Relations activities, including preparing investor conference and road show presentations as well as managing relationships with Wall Street investors and industry analysts
• Conduct market and project analyses and site visits for project-specific financings then use these analyses to prepare offering memorandums to approach potential partners and lenders for projects ranging from large land acquisitions to urban and suburban rental projects to high-rise urban condos for projects ranging from $50 to $350 million.
• Participate in corporate capital raises such as multi-hundred million public debt issuances and billion dollar bank credit facilities
• Interact directly with Toll Brothers national divisions, banks, Wall Street and other financial institutions
• Evaluate potential land purchases, company acquisitions and expansion opportunities.
• Travel to various conferences, project sites and markets may be required.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Does this describe you?

• Demonstrated interest in Finance and/or Real Estate through education and/or work experience
• Strong analytical skills, comfort with Excel, Word and other software applications relevant to finance
• A proactive team player with curiosity, leadership potential and a desire to learn
• Solid verbal and written communication skills and an ability to digest and to explain complex concepts simply

Do you have these qualifications?

• Essential:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or related fields
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience
