MANAGER, PORTFOLIO OPERATIONS - PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT GROUP (BOSTON)
OPPORTUNITY SNAPSHOT
The Manager, Portfolio Operations role represents a new opportunity within the Portfolio Management Group to expand your skills and experience in multiple areas. In this role you will work in lock step with the Senior Director of Global PMG Operations overseeing a highly performing global portfolio of data center assets. PMG Operations administers policies and procedures while simultaneously formulating strategic initiatives that drive portfolio growth.
THE ROLE
This role focuses on the administration of corporate governance and critical compliance policies. Your time will be spread among various functions including requests associated with capital expenditures, acquisitions, and leasing opportunities. You will support collaboration with various teams across disciplines including operations, finance, legal, and sales; and work with these teams to ensure timely reporting of audit requests, REIT compliance, quarterly market reviews, and budget planning. In this role you will also be a key contributor to establishing and maintaining relationships with various third-party brokers. You will play a key role in highly visible ad-hoc reporting requests from senior leadership.
