Netflix is looking for a versatile, strategic, and industrious Games Product Manager to join our Mainstream Games team supporting a diverse slate of mobile and cloud titles. Our goal is to entertain the world and your job will be to help deliver on a suite of games to do just that. As a Games Product Manager for Mainstream , you will play a critical role in shaping and operating the lifecycle of a sub-section of our portfolio of games - working closely with game and production teams, data scientists, creative leads, and cross-functional partners to drive engagement, retention, and long-term value. You will create experiences that feel accessible, exciting, and worth coming back to through defining the right feature sets, systems, and live service rhythms to meet both the functional and emotional needs of mainstream players.
The preferred location for this role is Los Angeles, though remote work will be considered, with a preference for candidates in the PST time zone who are able to travel. Travel is required for quarterly in-person onsites held at our Los Angeles or Los Gatos offices.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $190,000 - $300,000.
