The mechanism for achieving the goal is a significant scaling of tech products and their further sale or transfer to dedicated internal teams when revenue targets are achieved.

The prerequisite for achieving the goal is a distinctive core team, capable in particular of developing an efficient infrastructure for the products managed by Growth Accelerator.

Currently, we are looking for a Head of Marketing who will create and implement a user acquisition strategy in our style-tips niche flagman product.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Generating hypotheses to create, optimize and scale marketing channels across a wide range of products;
• Planning and coordinating MVP development to test the hypothesis;
• Analyzing test results and creating a business plan for further MVP deployment.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and user acquisition (Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads are mandatory);
• Experience with 5+ different B2C products;
• Experience with a diverse set of marketing platforms (Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) including CPA networks and Influencer Marketing;
• Knowledge of popular marketing and product data collection tools for mobile products: Amplitude, Mix panel, Apps flyer, etc.;
• Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of Intelligence tools for mobile products (SimilarWeb, Sensor Tower, App Annie, etc.).

Base Salary

The compensation for this role includes bonuses and equity in the form of stock options. The final base salary will be dependent on prior experience, and expertise, and may vary significantly.
