    The Opportunity

    We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Groundskeeper who takes pride in their work and understands the power of first impressions. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our property’s curb appeal—keeping it clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone who calls it home. If you love working outdoors, staying active, and making a visible difference every day, this is the job for you.

    What You’ll Be Doing
    • Keeping our outdoor spaces sharp and beautiful: mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, planting—you name it
    • Removing trash, debris, and safety hazards to keep the property clean and secure
    • Working closely with the property team to support resident satisfaction
    • Helping maintain common areas like sidewalks, parking lots, and recreation spaces
    • Taking ownership of your tasks and following a maintenance schedule with pride and precision
    • Being friendly and professional with residents, vendors, and team members—you’re part of what makes this place feel like home!
    What We’re Looking For
    • 2+ years of groundskeeping or landscaping experience (apartment or hotel setting preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
    • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic—you’re someone we can count on
    • Good communication and a commitment to service
    • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stay on the move outdoors in all types of weather
    • A high school diploma or equivalent
