At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what's next.

Team
The New Content Experiences product team is leading the strategy to shape how Netflix members discover and engage with new and emerging content. Live is one of our leading emerging areas, with sports (NFL, FIFA Women's World Cup) and general entertainment events (Tudum, Star Search). Our work spans all platforms (TV/living room, mobile, tablet, and web), and includes experiences across discovery/browse, player, profiles, and new surfaces.
Role
Netflix is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead our Live Member Product Experience team-a tight-knit, high-performing group responsible for helping members discover and enjoy live television and events on Netflix. As a core leader of the team focused on expanding Netflix's live programming slate, you will drive the development of innovative and novel live-specific discovery, playback, and player experiences, playing a key role in realizing the vision of diverse content partners and creative teams.
In partnership with the cross-functional team, you will set the vision and conceive of ideas that delight members, convert those ideas into well-scoped projects, prioritize smartly among competing efforts, and lead a talented PM team to execute at a high level. You should be comfortable at the hub of a fast-paced environment where you interface daily with cross-functional experts. You can build consensus and alignment but are not afraid to push ahead when there remain some critics and lead in the face of ambiguity.
What You'll Do
As Group Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our growth strategy, focusing on:
