    We are rapidly growing and need an incredibly organized, driven, and outgoing Customer Education Coordinator. You'll support our end-users (loan officers & realtors) with continuous training and education to ensure they understand how to cultivate the utmost value from their Homebot subscription. This role will be a hybrid of virtual/web-based (80%) and on-site (20%) training.

    This is a full-time position based in our Denver, CO office.  (Currently, due to COVID-19, we are working remotely and will continue to do so until there is a vaccine widely available. Until then, you can work remotely in another state, but will eventually need to be in the Denver area).

    Targeted Base Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00. Please review the section “Why Homebot?” at the end of this job description for additional details on our total benefits package.

    Characteristics of a Rockstar Homebot Customer Education Coordinator:

    • Patient, knowledgeable, and maintains a stellar attitude with all customers, whether in-person or virtually.
    • Detail-Oriented & Organized - No training session is forgotten or double-booked on your watch!
    • Considerate & Flexible with your training - tailoring our user's needs in every session
    • Have a professional attitude -- you'll be supporting some of the most successful and prominent Real Estate Agents and Lending Professionals in the country (our users)

    What You'll Be Accountable For:

    • Develop and continually hone expertise in our platform and 3rd party integrations
    • Update and maintain existing Homebot content with platform optimizations and new feature releases
    • Conduct 1-1 to Homebot customers and/or prospects
    • Work with the Customer Education Manager, to better the education experience across the customer journey, including automation and scaling processes.
    • Field all internal and external inquiries and content requests for Customer Education
    • Identify and implement valuable non-product content/training focused on enabling customers to succeed (strategy, operations, process, etc.)
    • Facilitate our Homebot Mastermind Groups including providing support and content creation
    • Triage high-level requests to Customer Success Managers and/or Engineering team, as needed
    • Serve as a product expert to internal teams - Marketing/Sales, Support, and Development.
    • Identify and learn about trends and innovation in the Real Estate & Mortgage industry

    Collaboration:

    • This role will report to Education & Training Manager
    • You will work closely with the Customer Success, Product, and Sales departments
    • You will be part of the Customer Success division, including customer success, customer support, and product education

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of training or customer education experience in a professional environment, preferably with a Software-as-a-Service and/or Startup environment
    • Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple activities simultaneously
    • Experience with content management and creation
    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal; you will be dealing with polished professionals in the lending and real estate sectors
    • Impeccable with promptness, follow-through and follow-up!

    Bonus Points:

    • Direct experience with project management
    • Direct experience in lending or the real estate sector
    • Knowledge of adult learning theories and industry trends in scalable asynchronous learning environments
    • Knowledge of one of the following: SalesForce, Intercom, Hubspot
