JOB TITLE: Sales Manager (Homie Loans) TYPE: Full-time OPEN DATE: 9/15/2020 COMPENSATION: $60,000/year + bonus REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:_ 2+ years of prior mortgage sales experience & ACTIVE UTAH MORTGAGE LICENSE_

JOB DESCRIPTION: Homie Loans is looking for a new Sales Manager. Homie Loans works with hundreds of new buyers every single month. Once a borrower is under contract, it is up to Homie Loans to ensure their financing is squared away, so they can move into their new Home on time. Proactivity and loan knowledge are key to this position.
As the sales manager, you are responsible to help your loan officers get up to speed (closing more loans), assist loan officers on problem files, fielding customer complaints and ensuring your team members are following the process/following through with their clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct 1:1’s with loan officers
Assist loan officers with problem files and problem solving
Field incoming complaints/concerns from clients/team members
Conduct bi-weekly sales training sessions
Help implement new processes/technology
Document trainings for future hires
Coach loan officers on sales methods to increase production
Ensure client satisfaction through positive NPS scores
Field and distribute new inquiries
Work with other departments for updates/process improvements
Any other tasks as needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of prior mortgage sales experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies
People Oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Residential Mortgage License

Able to handle customers' concerns and issues diplomatically
Excellent attention to detail
Persistent and resilient when facing challenging situations
Must be an intellectually curious problem solver
COMPENSATION:
