Daily, the Concierge communicates with hundreds of people in person, by phone, and via email: answer questions, provide information for prospective guests, refer all incoming concerns to appropriate members of the team, build friendly relationships with guests and serve as a brand ambassador of Southern Management's Hotel Division. Concierge is the most creative people-person on the team who ensures that guests are having the most outstanding experience staying at the Southern Management Hotel.
