    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven residential Real Estate Business Development Manager responsible for client relationship and administrative management functions to support the real estate team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage in all aspects of residential real estate sales deal flow to ensure effective and efficient completion and positive client experiences. Responsibilities: Sales • Act as right-hand to Top agent handling a variety of Sales deliverables and Client-facing tasks. • Communicate and support new programs and initiatives with Team and assist in managing activities including training and development, evaluating and coaching, ie: best practices/time allocation techniques. Transactions : • Oversee the entire sales process to include: Leading the listing process back-end once the Client has signed & managing the timeline to launch. • Manage building dept. review process, marketing materials preparation/proofing, photo shoots as well as working with Agents, attorneys, and other stakeholders to provide for smooth transactions. Marketing : • Assist in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and investors. This may include digital marketing, traditional advertising, and networking within the local real estate community. Property Showings : • Coordinate property viewings with prospective buyers, investors, and agents - work with Team and staging of properties to ensure ideal presentation. Negotiation : • Participate in negotiating deals to obtain favorable terms for clients and work to achieve optimal outcomes. Market Analysis : • Develop ongoing knowledge of Sound Shore real estate market trends, property values, and local developments to provide valuable insights to buyers-sellers-investors. Relationships : • Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate agents, contractors, and other industry professionals to expand your network and generate leads. Reporting : • Keep detailed records of property sales, leads, and transactions. Provide regular reports and updates to the team Qualifications: • 5 years+ of proven experience in real estate sales preferably with a focus on following through on all steps towards closing the deal • Strong knowledge of Larchmont/Sound Shore real estate market • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently • A valid real estate license in the state of New York • Proficient in real estate CRM software and other relevant tools • Exceptional organizational and time management skills Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000 yearly
