We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to liaise between department stakeholders and technical team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Led teams with diverse levels of Agile maturity, including those transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodologies
• Facilitated JAD sessions, conducted stakeholder interviews, resolved conflicts, and addressed executive-level inquiries
• Organized and led daily stand-ups, backlog grooming sessions, and sprint reviews
• Demonstrated exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels
• Created and refined Epics, User Stories, and corresponding Acceptance Criteria
• Captured and documented business requirements and technical specifications from cross-departmental stakeholders for development teams (C# .NET, SQL)
• Analyzed business functions, gathered operational data, and assessed output needs to support business operations
• Designed and executed test plans—manual and automated—ensuring alignment with business requirements and team compliance
• Developed workflow diagrams and system documentation by analyzing existing functions and writing clear specifications
• Possess strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and methodologies
• Collaborated closely with stakeholders, product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA professionals throughout project lifecycles

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer or process-related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years’ experience navigating software development environments.
