OPEN POSITION: CLIENT TREASURY ANALYST The Client Treasury Analyst is a critical member of the Client Treasury Team, which provides accounting and cashiering services to family office clients. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform all cashiering (e.g., bill pay, wire, check and ACH transfers) for family office clients. Partner with relationship management teams to process timely and error-free transactions, including vendor payments, investment capital calls, donations and tax payments. Responsible for account reconciliations, as well as periodic and ad hoc financial reporting. Develop a thorough understanding of assigned clients expectations and preferences to ensure tailored execution. Help drive high client satisfaction through excellent customer service, prompt follow-up, seamless vendor management and proactive problem-solving. Serve as a liaison between the relationship management teams for assigned clients and the Client Treasury, Middle Office and Compliance teams. Act as the subject matter expert regarding cashiering processes and systems, including sharing and maintaining best practices. Assist with Client Treasury special projects. Promote and ensure respect for client privacy and confidentiality in all cashiering matters. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Accounting or similar technical business degree. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable in a fast-paced, multi- client or business line environment (family office, wealth management or other experience working with high net worth families preferred). Proven high level of accuracy and attention to detail at high volume. Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with employees across all levels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an enthusiasm for learning. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., macros, pivot tables and nested formulas). Familiarity with Bill.com, Expensify, Intacct and Salesforce preferred.
