    • Job Type: - Experience: Not Specified - Date Posted: 5/16/2018 - Job Description Workday System Analyst will support JLLs new HR implementation processes and will play a key role in the deployment, on-going enhancement and support of Workday HR platform along with downstream integrations into Finance, Payroll and other HR systems globally. This roles requires expertise in one or more of HR functional areas such as HCM, Compensation, Absence Management or Recruitment. While the role sits within the Information Technology team, this role requires expertise in both HR Functional Processes and their enablement on Workday. As an advisor, this role serves the HR teams globally with continuous improvement, new feature and process enables and becomes technical point-of-contact for global regions in assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts. The Workday HR consultant is responsible for ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Performs duties on the Workday product suite, specializing in one or more functional areas such as HCM, Compensation, Pay Groups and Recruiting. Responsibilities include: - Enhancements of process and its respective configuration on Workday - Build consensus on process changes & align with peers on configuration change - Monitor, analyze, test and deploy Workday product upgrades - Recommend features for uptake and manage the deployment of new features
    • Help teams develop test plans, including testing cases and test scenarios, to support semi-annual Feature Releases in the production environment, and to support the implementation of additional Workday modules and enhancements - Partner with release manager and peers to analyze impact of change and roll out process and system changes with training and communication support. - Manages to client SLAs - Debugs and triages integration issues and defects. Implements and tests fixes where necessary - Clearly and succinctly documents communications to customers using issue management system REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in related field 3+ years experience with Workday or as a Workday implementation consultant with proven experience with designing, developing, testing, and deploying integrations in new HCM implementations Ability to work independently and perform against tight deadlines and multi-task effectively Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills Working knowledge of object-oriented and relational model concepts ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with HR/Finance/Payroll integrations in a product set that includes Workday, PeopleSoft and ADP. - Experience of implementing ERP systems in multiple regions, familiar with a global work environment - Experience working in agile & waterfall software development environments Positions are based out of Chicago, IL; London, UK and Bangalore, India #LI JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
