The interns will learn the industry through the lens of JLLs substantial market share and client interaction. As part of the internship, JLL will provide learning experiences throughout the organization so that each intern truly understands construction project management and associated operations following this experience. From an everyday perspective, the interns will contribute to project operations (GC SOVs, aligning invoices to job percent complete), and identifying process improvements and best practices. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly-organized, able to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, demonstrate clear communication skills, and be motivated to learn with a deep passion for and interest in project and development management services as a career.
