From an everyday perspective, the intern will contribute to best-in-class research, assist with day-to-day responsibilities, contribute to business development initiatives, and carry out tasks for both internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly-organized, able to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, demonstrate clear communication skills, and be motivated to learn. This year, our internship will include hands-on experience in the following areas: - Business Analytics - Facilities Management - Performance Management Responsibilities: - Support your Manager and other members of the Facilities Team in maintaining site needs. - Contribute to a designated project or initiative to meet business objectives. - Report development and analytics. - Learn new applications needed to complete assignments and support the execution of business objectives - Support the site Operational Compliance Program (OCP) through data collection and report development. - Support CMMS updates including equipment data collection and labelling. - Perform 5S activities including clean-up and organization of machine rooms, shops, etc. - Support facility walk downs. - Conducting physical checks of equipment on site. - Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Requirements - Candidates should have a demonstrated interest in business and facilities management - Candidates should be in college pursuing a bachelors degree
