Description 2018 Summer Internship JLL (Commercial Real Estate
Charlotte, NC) Responsibilities JLL is currently seeking a college
student to join our Energy and Sustainability Services team for a summer
internship. The intern will learn the industry through the lens of JLLs
substantial market share and client interaction. As part of the
internship, JLL will provide learning experiences throughout the
organization so that the intern truly understands energy and
sustainability practices in commercial real estate following this
experience. From an everyday perspective, the intern will assist with
day-to-day responsibilities that contribute to client goals. The ideal
candidate will be detail-oriented, highly-organized, able to work well
in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, demonstrate clear
communication skills, and be motivated to learn with a deep passion for
and interest in energy efficiency and sustainability in real estate as a
career. Essential functions - Contribute to special projects in support
of energy and sustainability reporting - Assist with preparation of
client presentations and reports - Provide ongoing support with energy
data analysis and reporting, LEED certification, and other
sustainability activities Qualifications - Current undergraduate or
graduate level students in their junior or senior year with a major or
concentration in business, facilities management, sustainability, real
estate or a strong desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
- Rising juniors and seniors preferred - Proficiency in Word, Excel,
PowerPoint - Corporate and business experience - Innovation and strong
problem-solving skills - Strong analytical skills - Excellent verbal and
written communication skills - Ability to work independently and
