    Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious property management firm headquartered in Irvine, CA, with offices throughout Southern California. Since 1982, we have led the way in providing superior customer care for our clients in planned-unit developments, condos, mixed-use, commercial, new project developments, large scale onsite communities and master-planned community associations. We are currently in search of an Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist for our Irvine location. The responsibilities and qualifications are listed below.

     

    SUMMARY: The Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support for Keystone’s customers, and their internal staff. They use computer software and equipment to assist them in providing technical advice and assistance. The IT Support Specialist is accountable for quality service and assistance within existing projects. This individual also serves as the contact with IT on software development projects. They will report to the IT Support Manager and provide support to the Information Systems division.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·         Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, iPads, networks, printers, and scanners and replacement when required.

    ·         Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, printers, and networks.

    ·         Responding to support tickets within 24 hours (must have knowledge of ticketing system software).

    ·         Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone and onsite communities) Must have knowledge of remote access software.

    ·         Setting up accounts for new users (AD, Microsoft 365, Adobe DC Pro, Caliber, etc.).

    ·         Setting up iPads or other mobile devices utilizing MDM solution.

    ·         Work with 3rd party vendors when required.

    ·         Travel to client onsite locations and regional offices (Orange, San Diego, Riverside and LA Counties).

    ·         On-call weekend support (when required).

    ·         Work cohesively with Human Resources by setting up accounts for new hires and/or temporary staff joining Keystone.

    ·         Practice and adhere to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission and Vision.

    ·         Any additional job duties as required by supervisor.

     

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    ·         Must have elevated customer service skills (CX training preferred).

    ·         Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    ·         Must demonstrate heighted troubleshooting skills with hardware and software applications.

    ·         Must be able to meet strict deadlines with proven track record in time management.

    ·         Must have the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.

    ·         Must be able to perform all essential duties and responsibilities listed above with minimal supervision (when applicable; to execute assignments with the highest level of discretion, judgment, and independence.

    ·         Must have experience with MDM solutions.

    ·         Strong knowledge in technological thought processes.

    ·         Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

    ·         Ability to prioritize and meet crucial deadlines.

    ·         Ability to manage assignments independently using best judgment.

    ·         Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    ·         Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

    ·         Must be patient and have excellent customer service skills in order of working cohesively with clients, homeowners, and company staff.

    ·         Ability to be trusted with confidential/sensitive information.

    ·         Valid Driver’s License and Clean MVR.

    ·         Must have reliable transportation.

    ·         Strong verbal and written communication.

    ·         Excellent interpersonal skills.

     

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • At least 2 years of experience working in a technology management or related role.
    • Caliber or other property management software preferred.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field preferred.
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
