Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of property management experience preferred.
- Minimum of two years on a single community of 500+ units
- HUD & LIHTC experience, a COS and/or TCS certification preferred.
- Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lead and organize a team, offering support, mentorship and training to everyone
- Upbeat and "can do" attitude
- Wear many hats, from generating reports to leasing to grounds and scheduling
- Ability to advocate, organize and problem-solve
- Strong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management, follow up, administrative and organizational skills.
- Reliable use of an automobile and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently, organizes tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.
