Job Description Summary
As a Land Intern working for Taylor Morrison you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Land Department as well as work with Land Department staff to assist with timely delivery of projects.

Provide administrative support to Land Development and Forward Planning staff as required
Manage department files
You are willing to perform other duties as assigned

ABOUT YOU:
Must be currently enrolled and working towards or recent graduate of a college, university or trade school with a degree preferably in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Land Development, Real Estate Development, Construction Management, etc.
Excellent customer service skills required
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook and Word
Action and results oriented

Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
