Leasing Agent - New Orleans Area If you do not apply using our

maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office
and other areas where staff and prospective clients meet. Duties Duties
include but not limited to: * Answer incoming phone calls and handle
each call accordingly, whether it is a client call, irate resident,
service request, etc. * Greet prospective clients, qualify, determine
needs and preferences, professionally present community while
communicating features and benefits * Maintain a Leasing Portfolio,
which includes community specific information complete with brochures
and information * Walk rented units prior to move-in to verify that unit
is move-in ready * Oversee correct completion of all lease applications,
application verification and notification of prospective clients of
results. Oversee miscellaneous client communication as needed *
Physically inspect or oversee physical inspection of community, pick up
litter and report any service needs to maintenance staff. Inspects
move-outs and vacancies as needed. * Inventory office supplies on
periodic basis. Report needs to Site Manager. * Oversee organization and
filing of appropriate reports, leases and paperwork. * Perform any
additional duties assigned by Site Manager or Regional Property Manager
Qualifications * High school education or equivalent is required * At
least 1 year of experience in property management leasing preferred *
Position requires good leasing and closing skills * Must have computer
knowledge and the ability to type 30 WPM * Good organizational skills
