- collection of judgments in-state (New Jersey) and out-of-state (Michigan);
- changing title of real property;
- setting up and using LLCs;
- researching SEC regulations and structuring financial relationships to ensure compliance between private money lenders and real estate developers;
- implementing estate planning and Medicaid preparation;
- Dealing with accountability in the criminal justice system as it connects with a self-confessed felon for fraud and embezzlement;

- Qualifications
We are looking for a Law School Student or Pre-law undergraduate that is self-disciplined, persistent, and eager to accept responsibility.. The office location is in Mountainside NJ. Therefore, the applicant(s) need to get to Mountainside although some work can be done remotely. In order to get momentum and achieve results, the intern(s) will need to devote at least eight hours per week. The internship could extend into the summer.
