RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and process travel and expense reports in Concur
• Professionally answer phones and relay messages as needed
• Accurately maintain calendars and contacts
• Coordinate travel arrangements using Concur
• Project based work as assigned such as red-lining documents, organizing important legal files, obtaining high-level signatures, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 7+ years of hands-on administrative experience supporting VPs and above is required
• Background in financial services or law firm experience is required - experience providing administrative support for a legal team preferred
• Experience with Visio required
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills
• Experience with Concur preferred
• Notary preferred (or willingness to earn certification)
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Excellent judgment, analytic, and writing skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner
