Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers • Counsel your buyers on offers, explaining all components of the buying process • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires, then find properties that meet those needs • Master the local MLS to enhance your sales skills • Give your buyers an overview of current market conditions, projections, and market analysis • Update your CRM and update your individual pipeline for exceptional follow up Qualifications: • Must be disciplined, driven, and goal-oriented • Must possess excellent sales and marketing skills • Must have outstanding customer service skills • Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Must be team-oriented but ready to challenge yourself individually • Must have or obtain a current Virginia real estate license Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 yearly
