Responsibilities: • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Assist clients in buying and selling properties • Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values • Be all in for our mentorship program • Show properties to potential buyers • Guide clients through the process of completing real estate transactions • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals in the industry • Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in real estate law • Negotiate contracts and terms of purchase, or sale, on behalf of clients Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • Show a track record of real estate success • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
