Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and potential buyers. • Counsel buyer/seller on offers. Explain merits and weakness of each component of each offer. • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs. • Interact with buyers. • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales  • Present purchase offers to sellers. • Give buyer/seller an overview of current market conditions and projections. • Be the authority on all things related to real estate and the selling/buying process. • Update our CRM once you've gone on appointments and what you have in the pipeline. Qualifications: • Real Estate License is a bonus, but not a must at the time of application. (Must acquire one after being hired). • Must be driven and goal-oriented. • Possession of sales and marketing skills in order to sell effectively. • Outstanding customer service skills. • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity. • Embracing change and adapting to situations. • Team oriented but challenging yourself in individual goals. Compensation: $50,000+ Commission Based
