As an agent on our team, you’ll guide our buyer clients through every step of the purchase process. You’ll provide initial consultations to identify our clients’ criteria for a new home or condo. For our clients who are first-time home buyers, you’ll help them better understand the key milestones in the purchase process. You’ll implement property searches, conduct showings, perform market analyses, draft and negotiate offers to purchase and serve as your clients’ advocate and adviser through the day of closing. This is a full-time real estate position which requires some evening and weekend work. We look forward to hearing from you. Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer. • Counsel buyer/seller on offers. Explain merits and weakness of each component of each offer. • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs. • Interact with buyers. • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales; present purchase offers to sellers. • Give buyer/seller an overview of current market conditions and projections. • Be the authority on all things related to real estate and the selling/buying process. • Update our CRM once you've gone on appointments and what you have in the pipeline. Qualifications: • Real Estate License is a bonus, but not a must at the time of application. (We can help you get one!) • Possession of sales and marketing skills in order to sell effectively. • Outstanding customer service skills a must. • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity. • Embracing change and adapting to situations. • Team oriented but challenging yourself in individual goals. • Must have a valid Real Estate License Compensation: $75,000 +
