    Lyon Real Estate, a dynamic, well known and respected company with great regional branding is expanding the property management division. This position offers fantastic growth potential for an energetic, self-motivated individual. This is a full time, non-exempt position working at our corporate office in Sacramento. As a Property Management Assistant, you will be responsible for managing administrative documents for the department, help manage applicants throughout tenancy while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and owners.  Successful candidates must have great organizational skills along with exceptional customer service philosophy and outstanding problem-solving skills.  Responsibilities: • Coordinate service providers in response to property maintenance requests from tenants • Manage, monitor and close out service and maintenance requests • Collect rents and work with Property Manager & Accounting to ensure property records are accurate  • Show properties to potential tenants and clients as needed • Create lease documents and conduct lease signing appointments  • Communicate with vendors and issue vendor packets • Update HOA, Warranty and Home Insurance information Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • High diploma/GED required with some college experience preferred • California Real Estate Salesperson License a plus • Valid CA Driver’s License • Minimum two years of experience in an administrative support role • Minimum two years of residential property management experience • Knowledge of federal and state housing regulations • Experience using online property management software (e.g., Appfolio) • Excellent computer skills including MS Office and Google Suite • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast passed work environment with attention to detail • Great with people-warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone Compensation: $38,000 base pay starting range
