Responsibilities: • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Snow Removal Qualifications: • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Over 2 years of maintenance experience • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests Compensation: $21 - $23 hourly
