Must live within 30 minutes of Northampton, MA, for on-call requirement. Must have a valid driver's license. Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our residential properties in top condition. Your responsibilities will include: • Performing routine and emergency maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.) • Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally • Conducting property inspections and preventative maintenance • Preparing units for move-in and ensuring timely unit turnover, including painting, patching, cleaning, and repairs • Responding to work orders professionally • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Providing excellent customer service to residents and working collaboratively with the on-site team Qualifications: • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Over 2 years of maintenance experience • Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic Compensation: $23 hourly
