You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our units for any damage, conduct routine maintenance, and help with turns. Must have a valid driver's license. Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs Qualifications: • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • At least 2 years of maintenance experience • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent Compensation: $23.50 - $25 hourly
