Must do SNOW REMOVAL Responsibilities: • Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned • Snow Removal Qualifications: • Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Over 2 years of maintenance experience • Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic Compensation: $21 - $23 hourly
