Netflix is looking for a Manager to lead and support publicity campaigns for our U.S. Nonfiction team, with a focus on documentary films and series. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about nonfiction storytelling, understands today's documentary audience, and brings a proven track record of developing and executing film and series publicity campaigns, including a deep understanding of documentary film Awards campaigns. This is a demanding, high-volume role that requires someone who is strategic, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This person is innovative, an excellent communicator, and knows how to drive cultural conversation.
You will play a central role in shaping and executing publicity campaigns for a broad slate of documentary films and series, including awards-driven titles, true crime, celeb bio docs, social justice, and other premium docs content.
The job reports to the Senior Manager, Nonfiction Publicity based in our Los Angeles office.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $171,000.00 - $293,000.00.
