You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners, supporting the planning process and contributing to ongoing improvements across the live events portfolio. This is an opportunity to help shape the way audiences experience Netflix in real time, making an impact by supporting events that reflect Netflix's culture and create memorable moments for fans. You'll be responsible for executing all hospitality events tied to the main show, including welcome events, after parties, VIP/talent hospitality, and sponsor/partner events. While production experience is a plus, this is fundamentally an event and experiential role.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy collaborating with a wide range of partners, and are passionate about delivering seamless, high-quality event experiences, this role offers the chance to grow your expertise and contribute to some of Netflix's most exciting initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and Co-lead event strategy, creative development, planning, and execution for Netflix's Live Events slate in the US.
    • Oversee all aspects of event production, including creative design, venue sourcing, vendor research, and contract negotiation.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, content, legal, security, health & safety, and other internal teams to ensure aligned and efficient workflows.
    • Day-to-day communication and partnership with external leagues and partners, such as the WWE, NFL and others national partners.

    • Maintain and elevate event standards based on learnings from previous activations.
    • Partner closely with Marketing and Ad Sales to support client integrations related to Live Events.

** Who we are looking for:**

    • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Comfortable working in ambiguity, adaptable, flexible, and proactive in shifting strategy or creative direction.
    • You are agile, goal-oriented, driven to succeed and always up for a challenge.
    • A blend of creative vision and logistical mastery, capable of navigating complex, fast-changing environments with confidence.
    • Exceptional communicator and collaborator, adept at working with internal teams, external partners, production companies, and talent/talent reps.
    • Curious and bold. Unafraid to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and push for smarter solutions.

    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

** This role is likely not a fit if your primary background is in scripted or unscripted TV/film production without owning the physical live event or fan experience on‑site. It is a fit if you've led complex, multi‑stakeholder, large‑scale live events where audience experience, safety, and logistics are as critical as the filmed output.**

    ** Qualifications:**

    • 7-10+ years of sporting and/or entertainment event experience, ideally within a network, agency, or studio environment.
    • Demonstrated success leading complex projects with National scale partners and driving new concepts from ideation to execution.
    • Proven ability to think independently and innovatively, connecting dots, solving problems, and identifying opportunities where others may not.

Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.
