The Opportunity
The Netflix Marketing Legal team is seeking a curious, talented and experienced manager to join a group of attorneys, contract managers and coordinators who support the marketing and publicity teams across Netflix films and series. This manager will join our growing MACC Legal team (the Marketing Legal team is part of a larger Marketing, Advertising and Consumer Products and Experiences team).
This role is based in Los Angeles and reports to the Director of Marketing Legal UCAN. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, demonstrates initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and a proactive, independent work style are essential, as you will support a multitude of initiatives and drive impactful results under tight deadlines. You will work collaboratively with Netflix marketing and publicity teams, as well as cross-functional legal and business teams. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $130,000 - $380,000.
