Job Description Summary
As a Marketing Assistant working for Taylor Morrison you will assist the Marketing Manager with the creation of online content for the blog, website, and other projects.
This is a project based assignment for at least 4 months
JOB DETAILS
WE TRUST THAT AS A MARKETING ASSISTANT YOU WILL: (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Generate engaging content relevant to the communities, homebuyers and Realtors
Assist the Marketing Manager with digital projects related to the communities’ marketing and events
Maintain Blog with minimum of 2 posts per week
Assist with the creation of the builder newsletter once per month
Take photos, conduct area research and manage the gathering of information to support the communities’ digital strategy
You are willing to perform other duties as assigned

ABOUT YOU:
Experience writing blogs, web copy or news
Ability to work occasional weekend days or evenings to cover events
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Some customer service or retail experience working in a customer-facing role preferred
FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT

Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager

Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable
Comply with company policies and procedure
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
