We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in learning how to source deals in the highly competitive NYC Real Estate Market.

The primary role of this position is that of a cold caller.

The associate will be responsible for sourcing deals for the principals of the fastest growing and most aggressive real estate firm in NYC.

• You will be building a database and cold calling owners in NYC.

• You will learn how to value properties over time and identify if they are a worth while investment.

• You will also be exposed to asset management of properties.
