You’ll be responsible for responding to all questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, ordering office supplies, and providing general office help. Responsibilities: • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements • Improve skill sets through employee development programs • Oversee online and print marketing efforts • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements • Provide general administrative support to the site team • Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization • Post-office trips • Set up meetings • Assist staff with different aspects of AP/AR • Prepare and proofread internal correspondence and reports • Assist with vendor files, contracts, and internal tracking logs • Answer and direct internal phone calls, emails, and mail • Maintain a professional, organized corporate office environment Qualifications: • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information • Prior office or administrative experience preferred (property management experience a plus, but not required) • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
