Responsibilities: • Own administrative tasks with precision and positivity • Manage schedules, appointments, and communications like a pro • Assist with internal projects and provide support across departments • Help create an organized, welcoming, and efficient workspace • Be the go-to problem solver who keeps everything moving forward Qualifications: • A natural team player who loves helping others succeed • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal • A proactive attitude—you're not afraid to take initiative • Familiarity with property management • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills that include Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, and accounting software. (Yardi preferred) Compensation: $22 - $23 hourly
